Overview

The DSA Overseer Link service connects Discord and Roblox identities for the purpose of staff verification and administration. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must meet any applicable age requirements for Discord and Roblox to use this service. Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your accounts.

License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended administrative purposes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or misuse rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

API Terms

Any exposed APIs must be used according to documentation and reasonable limits. API keys are confidential and any activity performed with your keys is your responsibility.

Ownership & Feedback

The service and its trademarks, code, and documentation are the property of their respective owners. If you provide feedback, you grant a license to use it to improve the service.

User Data

The service processes Roblox and Discord identifiers for verification and moderation purposes. Data is used only for the application’s administrative functions. See our privacy policy for details on retention and handling.

Changes to Service and Terms

We may update or suspend the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations or other reasons. Certain provisions survive termination.
